Because our platform is currently in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage, our data collection is strictly minimized:

• Authentication data: We collect only your name and email address when you create an account (via email/password or Google social login), securely managed by Supabase.
• Uploaded files: Occasionally, you may upload study materials (PDFs or text files).

2. What We Do With Your Files

We have a strict commitment to the security of your study materials:<br/>No file you upload is permanently retained on our servers. When you upload a PDF or TXT, it is immediately processed by our AI to generate your study kit (flashcards, questions, and summaries) and, right after processing, the original file and any temporary storage file are permanently deleted.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use your name and email exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain your Nemoxis account.
• Personalize your experience (such as showing your name in the dashboard).
• Communicate updates, support, or changes to our services.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to untrusted third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Nemoxis uses strictly necessary cookies to manage your authentication session (keeping you signed in). At this MVP stage, we do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

5. Google OAuth Security and Consent

When you choose to sign in with Google, we request access only to basic profile information described on the consent screen. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this policy.

6. User Rights

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by sending a request to our support team.
